Interlingua
was founded in Bogota, Colombia in 1980 by The Honorary Consul for
Australia in Colombia, Mr. Christopher Bishop. In spacious premises
in the business and cultural northern heart of Bogota. The institution
specializes in the English language training for colombians and
Spanish for foreigners.

Bogota
is the capital city of Colombia, 2.600 meters high in
the center of the Andes mountains, occupying the beautiful
green plateau of " The Savannah of Bogota"
The spanish spoken in Bogota is considereded to be the
purest in Latin America.
All students are given an entrance test to establish
their level of comprehension and production in Spanish.
INTELINGUA offers two complete programs, and several
opportunities that will help you learn spanish and share
the beautiful colombian culture.

classes might be either for only one student or a very
small group of students of the same level. They have
a special academic program so that students can progress
at their own pace, and practice at all times.. Immersion
Course: Our personally designed SPANISH AT ONCE program
has been developed academically to meet students's needs
in the fastest possible way. These courses might be
taken from 5 to 9 hours per day.

How
Do I register?
At
INTERLINGUA we provide you with further information about
our courses, academic programs and the procedures we have
to enroll students.
At
first, you will need to take a placement test so that our
academic conselor can identify your level, strengths and
weaknesses for spanish language. This exam includes both
speaking and writing through an interview and written test.
